As experts in windows & doors, Austin Retrofit often receives requests to assess and resolve issues from window manufacturers that we do not represent. These calls are received from homeowners, builders, architects, and even other local window dealers! Our expertly trained technicians are often able to support these requests, as our goal remains complete customer satisfaction. If we can help, we will provide the support. Fair warning: sometimes service situations are just too sticky due to the improper product installed incorrectly, so at times we will respectfully decline the opportunity. We’re always available, however, to share our experiential wisdom and discuss potential solutions.

Estimating
We know windows, and we know that you need to understand the cost of windows. All our estimates are provided free of charge, of course. If you are replacing windows in your existing home, we will come to you for a free initial consultation and pricing. Have a set of plans for your custom home? Come on into our showroom and let’s unroll the plans and walk through your project, generating a free estimate for the window aesthetic of choice. We represent a wide range of manufacturers that can fit any budget.
Purchasing
We take your decision to purchase windows & doors seriously. Measurements are confirmed, selections are double checked, installation details are reviewed, problems are anticipated, all in an effort to ensure we order the right product the first time. We help simplify the complexity of a window & door purchase to ensure you know what you are ordering, agree with what you are ordering, and feel confident about what you are ordering. And, we accept credit cards as well!
